【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifies,withreferencetoISO230-1andISO230-2,geometrictests,machiningtestsandtestsforcheckingaccuracyandrepeatabilityofpositioningongeneralpurposeandnormalaccuracysurfacegrindingmachineswithtwocolumnsforgrindingslideways.Italsospecifiestheapplicabletolerancescorrespondingtotheabove-mentionedtests.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletomachineswithrectilineargrindingmovementsandwithamovabletable.Itdoesnotincludemachineswithafixedtableorwitharotarytablemovement.ThisInternationalStandarddealsonlywiththeverificationoftheaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytothetestingofthemachineoperation(vibration,abnormalnoises,stick-slipmotionofcomponents,etc.)nortomachinecharacteristics(suchasspeeds,feeds,etc.),whichshouldgenerallybecheckedbeforetestingtheaccuracy.ThisInternationalStandardprovidestheterminologyusedfortheprincipalcomponentsofthemachineandthedesignationsoftheaxeswithreferencetoISO841[1].NOTEInadditiontotermsusedinthethreeofficialISOlanguages(English,FrenchandRussian),annexAofthisInternationalStandardgivestheequivalenttermsintheGermanandItalianlanguages;thesearepublishedundertheresponsibilityofthememberbodiesforGermany(DIN)andItaly(UNI).However,onlythetermsgivenintheofficiallanguagescanbeconsideredasISOterms.
