【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesallrequirementsand/ormeasurestoreducethehazardsandlimittherisksonmulti-bladecross-cutsawingmachineswithintegratedfeedofthework-pieceandmanualloadingand/orunloadingfittedwithasawbladedrivemotorforeachsawunit,hereinafterreferredtoas“machines”,designedtocutsolidwood,chipboard,fibreboard,plywoodandalsothesematerialswheretheyarecoveredwithplasticedgingand/orplastic/lightalloylaminates.ThisdocumentcoversthehazardsrelevanttothesemachinesasstatedinClause4.Itdoesnotdealwithanyhazardsrelatingtothemechanicalloadingand/orunloadingofthework-pieceorwhichresultfromthecombinationofthemachinewithanyother.Thisdocumentdoesnotcovermachinesdesignedforclimbcutting(see3.10).ForComputerNumericallyControlled(CNC)machinesthisdocumentdoesnotcoverhazardsrelatedtoelectromagneticcompatibility(EMC).Therequirementsofthisdocumentapplytoallmachineswhatevertheirmethodofcontrole.g.electromechanicaland/orelectronic.Thisdocumentisnotapplicabletomulti-bladecross-cutsawingmachineswithintegratedfeedoftheworkpieceandmanualloadingand/orunloadingwhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.NOTEMachinescoveredbythisdocumentarelistedunderA.1.3ofAnnexIVoftheMachineryDirective.
