【摘要】:IMPORTANT—Theelectronicfileofthisdocumentcontainscoloursthatareconsideredusefulforthecorrectunderstandingofthedocument.Usersshouldconsiderprintingthisdocumentusingacolourprinter.ISO3864-1providescolorimetricandphotometricpropertiestogetherwith,asaguideline,referencesfromcolourordersystems.ThispartofISO11148appliestohand-heldnon-electricpowertools(hereafterreferredtoas“drillsandtappers”)intendedforrotarydrillingofholesinallkindsofmaterial,e.g.wood,metal,concrete,plastics,etc.,orfortappingandcleaningthreadsinmetalandplastics.Thedrillsandtapperscanbepoweredbycompressedair,hydraulicfluidorinternalcombustionenginesandareintendedforusebyoneoperatorandsupportedbytheoperator'shandorhands,withorwithoutasuspension,e.g.abalancer.ThispartofISO11148isapplicableto?drills;?heavydutydrillswithtwohandles;?tappers.NOTE1Forexamplesofdrillsandtappers,seeAnnexB.ThispartofISO11148isnotapplicabletospecialrequirementsandmodificationsofdrillsandtappersforthepurposeofmountingtheminfixtures.ThispartofISO11148dealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsorhazardouseventswhendrillsandtappersareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusethatarereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer,withtheexceptionoftheiruseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.NOTE2EN13463-1givesrequirementsfornon-electricalequipmentforpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.
