【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiessafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureofintermediateproverswithmovingpocketcarriersusedinthefoodindustry,pastry-making,bakeries,etc.forgivingarestingtimetodoughbetweendividingandmouldingprocesses.Thestandardcoversthetechnicalsafetyrequirementsforthedesign,manufacture,installation,adjustment,operation,cleaningandmaintenanceofthesemachines,asdefinedin3.12ofEN292-1:1991andinthemanufacturer'sinstructionhandbook.Thesignificanthazardscoveredbythestandardaremechanical(shearing,trapping,cutting,lossofstability),electrical,ergonomicandalsothoseresultingfrominhalationofflourdustandlackofhygiene.Noiseisnotconsideredtobeasignificanthazardfromintermediateprovers.Thisdoesnotmeanthatthemanufacturerofthemachineisabsolvedfromreducingnoiseandmakinganoisedeclaration.ThereforeanoisetestcodeisproposedinAnnexB.Itappliesonlytomachinesmanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthestandard.Thefollowingmachinesareexcluded:-rackprovers;-experimentalandtestingmachinesunderdevelopmentbythemanufacturer.
