【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportsupplementsInternationalStandardISO/IEC12207,Informationtechnology—Softwarelifecycleprocesses,intheareaofManagementProcess(hereafterreferredtoas"softwareprojectmanagement"orSPM.Thus,inthisTechnicalReport,SPMisnotaperson,butaprocess).ThisTechnicalReportwasdevelopedby(seeFigure1):—ApplyingtheManagementProcessinISO/IEC12207toSPM.—UsingAGuidetotheProjectManagementBodyofKnowledge(PMBOK)[11]todefineanddescribemanagementknowledgeareasapplicabletoSPM.—UsingISO10006,Qualitymanagement-Guidelinestoqualityinprojectmanagement[5].ThisTechnicalReportprovidesguidancetopeopleresponsibleformanagingtheperformanceofISO/IEC12207softwarelifecyclePrimaryProcesses:Acquisition,Supply,Development,OperationandMaintenance.Theguidanceaddresses:—GeneralguidanceforSPMregardingISO/IEC12207,subclause7.1,managementactivitiesastheyaresupportedineachPrimaryProcess.—SPMapplicabilityforeachPrimaryProcess.—KeyareasapplicableacrossthespectrumofSPM.—ExpandedguidanceforsoftwareProjectManagers(PMs)regardingthemanagementtasksfrom:—[11]—IdentifiesanddescribesgenerallythatsubsetofthePMBOKwhichisgenerallyaccepted.Generallyacceptedmeansthattheknowledgeandpracticesdescribedareapplicabletomostprojectsmostofthetime,andthereiswidespreadconsensusabouttheirvalueandusefulness.—[5]—Givesguidanceonqualitysystemelements,conceptsandpracticesforwhichtheimplementationisimportanttoandhasanimpactonthepracticeofprojectmanagement.ThisTechnicalReportaddressesaspectsofprojectmanagementthatareeither"softwarespecific"orareknowntocauseproblemsinsoftwareprojectsinanyoftheISO/IEC12207PrimaryProcesses.Forexample,itiswellknownthatsoftwareprojectsareoftenlateand/oroverbudget,orareunabletomeetanacquirer'srequirementsorexpectations.Whilethisisnotpeculiartosoftware,thereareanumberofsoftwarespecificattributescausingthistohappen.Figure1illustratestherelationshipofISO/IEC12207,[11]and[5]inthedevelopmentofthisTechnicalReport.1AudienceThisTechnicalReportiswrittenforthosewhouseorplantouseISO/IEC12207onsoftwareprojectsregardlessofprojectscope,product,methodology,sizeorcomplexity.ThisTechnicalReportiswrittenprimarilytoaidsoftwarePMsinensuringmanagementprocessesconformtoISO/IEC12207,specifically:—ManagersresponsibleforestablishingandcontinuouslyimprovingISO/IEC12207softwarelifecycleprocesses.—ManagersresponsibleforexecutinganyISO/IEC12207softwarelifecycleprocessataprojectlevel.—OrganizationsorindividualssubcontractinganSPMeffort.Considerationisgiventopeoplewhohave:—Workedonsoftwareprojects,butnotasasoftwarePM.—Beennon-softwarePMs,butaretransitioningtobesoftwarePMs.ThisTechnicalReportpresentstheprimaryISO/IEC12207lifecycleprocessesfromtheperspectiveofasoftwarePMandprovidesadvice(basedonexperience,lessonslearned,etc.)aboutbestpracticesandrecommendationstobeappliedtomanagementtasksbythepractitioners.Lastly,thisTechnicalReportenablesengineering,technicalandothersupportstaffstoseehowtheireffortsintegratewithinatotal,softwarelifecycle.2PrerequisitesTheprerequisitestousethisTechnicalReportare:—AvailabilityofandfamiliaritywithISO/IEC12207.—Familiaritywiththerelevantorganizationalpoliciesandprocedures.—Knowledgeofstakeholderandcontractrequirements(needsandexpectations).
