【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiescalltransferinterworkingbetweentheSessionInitiationProtocol(SIP)and“QSIG”withincorporatetelecommunicationnetworks(CN),alsoknownasenterprisenetworks."QSIG"isasignallingprotocolthatoperatesbetweenPrivateIntegratedservicesNetworkeXchanges(PINX)withinaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).APISNprovidescircuit-switchedbasicservicesandsupplementaryservicestoitsusers.QSIGisspecifiedinStandards,inparticular[1](callcontrolinsupportofbasicservices),[2](genericfunctionalprotocolforthesupportofsupplementaryservices)andanumberofStandardsspecifyingindividualsupplementaryservices.Transferservicesarespecifiedin[3],[6]andtheQSIGsignallingprotocolinsupportoftheseservicesisspecifiedin[4],[7].Inparticular,thissignallingprotocolsignalsinformationaboutcalltransfertotheuserswhoareinvolved.NOTEThenameQSIGwasderivedfromthefactthatitisusedforsignallingattheQreferencepoint.TheQreferencepointisapointofdemarcationbetweentwoPINXs.SIPisanapplicationlayerprotocolforestablishing,terminatingandmodifyingmultimediasessions.ItistypicallycarriedoverIP.Telephonecallsareconsideredasatypeofmultimediasessionwherejustaudioisexchanged.SIPisdefinedin[10].Asthesupportoftelephonywithincorporatenetworksevolvesfromcircuit-switchedtechnologytoInternettechnology,thetwotechnologieswillco-existinmanynetworksforaperiod,perhapsseveralyears.Thereforethereisaneedtobeabletoestablish,modify,terminateandtransfersessionsinvolvingparticipantsintheSIPnetworkandparticipantsintheQSIGnetwork.SuchcallsaresupportedbygatewaysthatperforminterworkingbetweenSIPandQSIG.ThisspecificationspecifiesSIP-QSIGsignallinginterworkingfortransferservicesbetweenaPISNemployingQSIGandacorporateIPnetworkemployingSIP.
