【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheboilingrangedistributionoffattyacidmethylesters(FAME).ThistestmethodisapplicabletoFAMES(biodiesel,B100)havinganinitialboilingpointgreaterthan100Candafinalboilingpointlessthan615Catatmosphericpressureasmeasuredbythistestmethod.Thetestmethodcanalsobeapplicabletoblendsofdieselandbiodiesel(B1throughB100),howeverprecisionforthesesamplestypeshasnotbeenevaluated.Thetestmethodisnotapplicableforanalysisofpetroleumcontaininglowmolecularweightcomponents(forexamplenaphthas,reformates,gasolines,crudeoils).BoilingrangedistributionsobtainedbythistestmethodarenotequivalenttoresultsfromlowefficiencydistillationsuchasthoseobtainedwithTestMethodD86orD1160,especiallytheinitialandfinalboilingpoints.Thistestmethodusestheprinciplesofsimulateddistillationmethodology.SeeTestMethodsD2887,D6352,andD7213.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
