【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversmaterial,dimensional,workmanshipandperformancerequirementsforpolyethyleneconduit,ductandinnerductmanufacturedforuseinanon-pressureapplicationwithcommunication,CATV,orpowerwireandcables.1.2HDPEconduitmeetingtherequirementsofthisstandardshallbemadeasODcontrolledsolidwall,withorwithoutinternalorexternalribs.ThesizingshallbeIronPipeSize(IPS)withnotedexceptionsintables.Theinternalorexternalsurfacemaycontainacoextrudedlayerprovidedthefinishedconduitmeetstheproductrequirementsofthisspecification.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.4Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section6,ofthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.
