适用范围
本标准规定了双速多用绞车的术语和定义、产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、使用说明书、运输与贮存。
本标准适用于煤矿井下有煤尘或爆炸性气体环境中和其他矿山在倾角小于30°的工作面及巷道回收支柱或调度、牵引重物用的电动机驱动的双速多用绞车(以下简称绞车)。
本标准不适用于采用双速电机驱动的双速绞车、提升或载人用的绞车。
